Packages that are heavy or require special handling will be repackaged with the appropriate protective wrapping such as, TVs, Motor Vehicle Parts, and Furniture, etc...
Package Handling
When your package arrives at our warehouse, we will then provide you with a real time tracking experience as your package is prepared for shipment and is enroute to its final destination. Upon arrival, you will be notified via email when your package(s) are available for pickup or delivery.
Customs
We provide a hassle-free customs clearance process in which we cover all costs to clear your package based on the weight and value. We then provide you with a detailed invoice upon pickup or delivery of your shipment.
